Today I want to show you how meditation techniques and yoga help me to find my inner self.

First Lesson: Concentrate on nothing, forget fishy and mousy and just focus on some point, such as the reflection in Mommy's glasses...
Second Lesson: Be aware that your whole body is in an open and comfortable
position, so that you can open all your chakras and connect to the divine energy. Your whole body must be relaxed! Can you see my open chakras?Third Lesson: Now that you are calm, in a relaxed position and your mind is blank, you will start to fall into the meditation state. Meditate and your mind will open!
